Using pencil, ink and paint to communicate visually through line and form

“Line, shape and form: the way our eyes interpret the world around us visually. “What we see.” Everything manmade we see came from someone’s imagination. The collective imagination? The evolution of the collective imagination...? And the physical work and effort to manifest invisible ideas in to a physical reality. For a function? Or just to communicate? What did the person who made it want to say? What did they want this object to do? And how does each individual perceiver interpret what they see? Differently. Uniquely. And thus the mutation of messages and meaning begins, as the methods of communication pass from one to another. Murky. Muddy. Can’t we get clear on this...? Maybe the creator doesn’t even know what they wanted to say? And thus the beholder gives it meaning. And so we create collectively, through the interplay of creators and beholders, interpreters. Liars perhaps? Manipulators? What do these images mean to you? Anything? Nothing?..”

Portfolio (my original Wix website)

While I was at University I made my first website portfolio of my art and design work, back in 2016. I last edited this website in early 2019, however you can still see some examples my original portfolio of creative work.

I have kept track of my creative projects on my instagram portfolio since I created my page for my textile design degree at Buckinghamshire New University in 2015.
